Socialism is a morally impaired economic system controlled by authoritarian bosses who manage to displace the people’s authority and exercise control over the use of the taxpayers’ treasury. Socialists advocate control and regulation of production, distribution and exchange by government bosses. Championed by Karl Marx, socialism is a transitional state between citizen sovereignty where property ownership, businesses and industry rest with individuals vs. the overthrow thereof, creating a monopoly for and by the government or other union.

  1. Socialistic influence in America has come about, in part, by information dominance—control of the news with false government reports. In recent decades, the Supreme Court has upheld teacher union tenure guarantees that enable a few socialistic militants to impose atheistic secular versions of history, political, social and behavioral instruction in local public schools.

With access to students for years, the progressive teacher minority, tenured by law, can challenge the sensitivity of students’ consciences (Titus 1:15). Failure to emphasize Higher Authority American Charters in the classroom is causing students to become undemocratic Democrats and undemocratic Republicans by the tens of thousands.

  2. Socialists pay higher salaries than normal to loyal government employees and, with altered definitions, friendly Supreme Court lawyers who support tenure guarantees.Even labor union advocates like AFL-CIO President George Meany and President Franklin D. Roosevelt viewed unionization of public employees as unthinkable (Peter Brimelow and Leslie Spencer, “How the National Education Association Corrupts Our Public Schools,” Forbes magazine, June 7, 1993).

Contrary to a big government secular definition, everyone, at times, serves as an employer or employee. Interchangeable relationships provide the incentives for the work ethic and tremendous power for the free enterprise system. People are employers when they buy products from market retailers and pay others to provide useful products and services. Both employers and employees have unalienable God-given rights. Employers determine the product needed and choose an employee who is capable of providing the product in exchange for an agreed upon price. Tenure law, protecting troublesome government servants, is damaging because radical employees can override the authority belonging to citizen employers and not be fired. If, for instance, the privilege of tenure was removed from taxpayer-funded Veterans Administration employees, their priority would shift from obstructive union priorities to serving veterans, and medical care would greatly improve.

  3. Big government socialists extract taxes from the people in excess of legitimate needs and use that money for handouts in exchange for submission. It has a parasitic affect because people are incentivised to live by getting money, food, etc. from other people. Margaret Thatcher, Prime Minister of Great Britain 1979 to 1990, was opposed to socialism. She warned, “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.”

Like a ship without an anchor, big government education rejects the rule of law based upon Higher Authority moral law. Morality is the backbone for the rule of law. Those who advocate absolutes (such as, thou shall not steal, murder, lie, on and on) are not prudes. It is the secular enemies of the traditional family, citizen self-rule and limited government who have gone mad.

Judge-made Precedents that reject the meaning and intent of the Constitution are illustrated by the foolishness of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s ruling on November 2, 2005. Parents’ fundamental right to control the upbringing of their children “does not extend beyond the threshold of the school door,” and that a government school has the right to provide its students with “whatever information it wishes to provide, sexual or otherwise” (Fields v. School District, No. 03-56499, D.C. No. CV-03-00457-JVS). This unconscionable judge-made law strengthens union bosses, leftist teachers and radicals, if any, on school boards.

  4. Free education, free sex, male/female shared bathroom and shower facilities, excessive government welfare and hatred for the American free enterprise system may sound good if you’re not being taught the truth.

And here is the truth… “The first national study of four common sexually transmitted diseases among girls and young women has found that one in four [is] infected with at least one of the diseases, U.S. health officials reported Tuesday” (Lawrence K. Altman, New York Times, March 11, 2008). One in four U.S. teenage girls have STDs. The diseases, which are infections caused by bacteria, viruses and parasites, can produce acute symptoms . . . and potentially fatal ectopic pregnancy . . . and cervical cancer. The two most common sexually transmitted diseases, or STDs, among all the participants tested were HPV at 18 percent, and Chlamydia, at 4 percent, according to the analysis, part of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey” (Lawrence K. Altman, “One in Four U.S. Teenage Girls Have STD’s, Study Finds,” International Herald Tribune, March 12, 2008).
