The time has come to face reality. America is no longer operating under the rule of law. The morality-based Common Law parameters for the preservation of life and justice have been dismissed by law schools and all manner of government public education.

In 1950, President Harry S. Truman, addressing the Attorney General’s Conference on Law Enforcement Problems, emphasized the Common Law basis for our laws. President Truman said, “The most important business in this Nation or any other nation, for that matter is raising and training children. If those children have the proper environment at home, and educationally, very, very few of them ever turn out wrong. I don’t think we put enough stress on the necessity of implanting in the child’s mind the moral code under which we live. The fundamental basis of this Nation’s law was given to Moses on the Mount Sinai. The fundamental basis of our Bill of Rights comes from the teachings which we get from Exodus and Matthew, from Isaiah and Paul. If we don’t have the proper fundamental moral background, we will finally wind up with a totalitarian government which does not believe in rights for anybody except the state.” Universal principles in Divine Law for government do exist.

Evident by 1955, the rejection of Common Law justice was forcefully replaced by Darwinian Case Law Precedents which set aside Constitutional First and Tenth local citizen sovereignty Amendments. This interrupted citizen control over community norms for education and law nationwide. Within ten more years, secular media pundits were popularizing harmful lifestyles. On January 22, 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down its Precedent-controlling Roe v. Wade decision, see Appendix A.

“There is no dichotomy between physical truth and Bible based religious truth . . .. There is one God and one universe. He is the Author of all Truth, and His Word is His inerrant revelation of Truth. The real foundation of education must be threefold: (1) God as Creator of all things; (2) Christ as Redeemer of all things; (3) The Holy Spirit, through the Scriptures which He inspired, as Revealer of all things. The ‘on-tological Trinity,’ as it has been called, is necessarily the basis of all reality . . ..” (Dr. Henry M. Morris, Ph.D., Education for the Real World, Creation-Life Publishers, 1978, p. 24).

That law professors would teach students to abandon the Common Law morality as the basis for justice is astounding. Professor Paul Finkelman (Fordham Law Review, Volume 73, Issue 4, Article 9, 2005) emphasized that moral tenants for law rest in the conscience of man from birth. They include murder, theft, perjury, adultery, etc. which are universal in human societies. This includes Native American Indians. Yet in the same Law Review, Finkelman’s mind rejects the Ten Commandments for education and law. It appears that he divorced himself from the moral tenants of civil behavior because they came from the Bible that is religious. This illustrates how people with sound minds can be dumbed down by the power of a secular Darwinian government religio/education monopoly.
