Government Must Be Decentralized

Government or Union Monopolies Directing Education, Religion, Speech or the Press Are Prohibited for Liberty’s Sake

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion [religo/education monopoly], or prohibiting the free the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances” (First Amendment, Constitution of the United States).

The main weapons used by the enemies of citizen self-rule and liberty are leftist educational monopolies and physical force. When laws are legislated by unelected judges that permit government employee control over religio/political education and history instruction, it always leads to tyranny of the mind.

The Overriding Concern When Designing the Constitution Was Checking Man’s Sin-Prone Nature

The public treasury and power of government are tempting. “In questions of power then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution” (The Virginia Resolutions by Thomas Jefferson).

Authoritarians in Government Are a Parasitic and Ever-present Danger
